Marie Antoinette inspired Bridal Styled Shoot!
Hello everyone! I hope the start of 2020 is treating you well! Towards the end of last year, I had the pleasure of organising my first styled shoots, and the first of them has now been published, and I am so excited to now be able to share the images!
I decided to organise this shoot (whilst planning my own wedding, and another shoot which is coming soon!) because I absolutely loved the idea of doing a modern interpretation of Marie Antoinette's iconic hairstyle! When you work in the wedding industry, and you take part in styled shoots you get to know a lot of incredible suppliers, so I had actually met most of the suppliers at other shoots before hand. It was really important to me to let them do their thing rather than dictate how I wanted everything to be, as long as everything was in keeping with the theme. I wanted to keep the makeup very natural as I knew there was going to be a lot going on with everything else. It also meant I had more time to focus on creating the really intricate updo.
The feature can be found over at Save the Date Magazine and I have included some of my favourite images and links to all of the incredible suppliers below!
